Thank you Lord Jesus for giving me the faith to follow you, and to know that my joy and happiness is not dependant upon any circumstances. Lord, You are so faithful, so loving so kind, and I am immensely humbled by the fact that You not only died for me , but by faith You have forgiven me and called me to part of your Kingdom's work. Thank you for all the individuals, churches and ministries who have co-labored with us their love, prayers and support. May your richest blessings rest upon each household, and may countless hearts be changed and encouraged by this recording as a result of their prayers and generosity. In Jesus name, Amen.

How It Came to Be

In January 1999 I was getting ready to fly on a plane to Florida to do a conference, and the weather was very bad. I don't like to fly in stormy weather, but I said an extra prayer and got on the plane. It took a little while for us to climb above the storm cloud and reach our cruising altitude, but when we did, God allowed me to see with His eyes instead of mine. There were many of our friends and relatives who had been devastated by the worst flood ever to hit South Texas, and I was really burdened for them. I had looked out a plane window many times before and seen those white puffy clouds, but this time I saw them totally different. God began to speak to my heart as if to say but now, look above the clouds. The sun is shining, the wind is calm and the sky is blue. It was then that I took my pad out and began to write the song, Above the Clouds. We serve a mighty God who does not give us peace after the storm, He gives us peace in the midst of the storm. Without  faith it is impossible to please God, but by faith we can be lifted up above the storms and trials of life. This recording meant to be an encouragement to you and a Jesus battery charger for your faith. So, I want to encourage you to be Walkin' In The Power Of His Light and to be a part of God's Master Plan. It Takes Faith, but God can give you the ability to give Him Thanks for the Valleys knowing that you are Forever in His Hand and no matter what the  circumstance to say by faith I'm Gonna Walk In Victory. If you will make a commitment to start Livin' Your Life With one Less O, not good but God; and continually lift up a Servant Prayer, you'll have No Choice but Rejoice knowing that He Is Your Peace and that by faith Jesus can lift you up Above The Clouds. May the peace, power, and provision of the Lord be with you as you walk with Him.
