My Testimony
On May 3, 1984 I realized that I was a sinner, (Romans 3:23) and that the wages of sin was death: eternal separation from a Holy God (Romans 6:23) I also realized that there was nothing I could do to make myself acceptable to God, and that Jesus paid the penalty of my sins on the cross (2 Corinthians 5:21, John 3:16, Romans 5:8) I also realized that there was an emptiness in my life that only Jesus could fill, and that I needed His love and forgiveness  more than anything in my life. I didn't know much about the bible, but I knew a lot about Clifton Jansky, and I knew that my only hope was receiving Jesus Christ as my savior and Lord. So on that Thursday right in Sutherland Springs, Texas I confessed my sins to God and by faith received forgiveness of all my sins through His precious Son, Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9) I gave Him my life, and I have never been the same. On July 22, 1989 I ended a 22 year career in country music, and 5 days later the Lord called me into full time service. My ministry and my recordings have been me and Jesus and my guitar for the past 5 years, and I have been content with that. However, God has chosen to myself and my producer in country music unto Himself and team us back up for my first full production cassette and CD. Words can't express the joy of serving Jesus, and I pray that if you have never received Jesus Christ  as your personal Lord and Savior that through this recording and God's Word you would in simple childlike faith, open your heart to Him in prayer and receive His forgiveness and the gift of eternal life that is only in God's Son (Romans 10:9-10, Romans 10-13, John 14:6)

Appreciation

Special thanks to everyone who has been willing to prayerfully stand in the gap for the Jansky Family. I want you to know you are as much a part of this recording project as I am. My redeemer is a faithful and true, and He is a prayer answering God. In His time he has miraculously brought forth this recording and I bless His Holy Name. I would especially like to thank all of the people who have financially supported our ministry and the ones who have specifically helped us with our recording projects. No Choice But Rejoice, I Choose Jesus, Wind Of God and now Who Will Stand. I don't want to take away any of your heavenly reward by listing your names, but I pray that the Lord would pour out his richest, abundant blessings upon you and your families. My love and thanks go to my girls, Barbara, Brandi and Bethany for not only believing in the Lord, but also believing in me. My thanks to everyone who at one time or another thought I was crazy for giving up my 22 year career in country music, but respected me enough to know that it must be God doing it. Thanks to my family members, friends and countless brothers and sisters in Christ for your love support and prayers. Also a big thank you to Tommy Melder,  the only producer I have ever had a ongoing belief in me. Most of all , thank you Lord Jesus for finding Tommy and myself and changing our lives and then teaming us back up for your Honor and Glory. I pray that this recording would be a blessing to everyone who hears it, and that it would do something that my country  music couldn't do: change your life and draw you closer to the Lord Jesus Christ.

This recording is Dedicated to my Aunt Darlene, A precious faithful servant of the Lord who went to be with Jesus while this recording was taking place. May her enduring faith and joy in the midst of battling Cancer forever be a encouragement to me and others to stand firm with Jesus and fight the good fight.
